Go to fedex.com/locate to find a drop-off location near you. Take the sealed box with your pre-printed return label to any location for safe delivery back to EPC.
Call for a scheduled pickup.

FedEx Representative will ask you the following questions
Tell me what I can help you with today?
• Say “Schedule a Pickup”
Is this a known freight shipment or does any item in your shipment weigh more than 150 lbs.?
• Say “No”
Will that be an express pickup or a ground pickup?
• Say “Ground”
Will you be using a FedEx Account number or using a label or a stamp?
• KEY IN THIS ACCOUNT NUMBER: “625853796″
You will be asked Your Street Number Only (not Street Name) EX:1234.
If the Street number is not recognized, you will then be asked:
Is this a Residential or Commercial?
For Commercial – Is the business name for the pickup address the same name associated with the Account number?
• Say “No”
• You will now be sent to a Representative to schedule the pickup.
For Residential
FedEx will now ask for the Zip Code of where the package is located.
FedEx will need the full address of where the package is located
• Street Number & Name along with APT# (If applicable)
FedEx will confirm your address for the pickup
• Contact’s First Name and Last Name (Spelled out)
FedEx will come back with the earliest pickup date they offer, or you can choose a different date.
Once date is confirmed:
FedEx will ask for the Package Count
• Give them the number of boxes
FedEx will ask if the box contains Hazardous Materials (Laptop, iPhone / iPad are NOT hazardous)
• Say “No”
You will get asked if FedEx should go ahead and schedule the Pickup and if ready, say yes, and you will receive a Confirmation#
• Write this down and keep it until the package is delivered.
Please hand the box to a FedEx store employee or delivery driver. Do not leave package unattended for pickup.
Scheduling a Pickup Online with a Prepaid Return Label.
Go to fedex.com
Select the “Shipping” tab at the top of the page.
Select “Schedule & Manage Pickups”
Scroll down near the bottom of the page and select the option in blue “SHIP A RETURN”. Do not select “SCHEDULE A ONE-TIME PICKUP”
The following information will be required:
• Tracking ID (on label provided by EPC)
•Country
•Contact Name
•Address
•City
•State
•Zip/Postal Code
•Phone Number – FedEx may call if there’s a discrepancy with the address
•Select whether your pickup location is a business or a residence
•Date of requested pickup
•Number of packages
•Select “No” when asked “Does any package exceed 150 lbs or contain a hazardous material?”
•Select the location where your package(s) can be retrieved. Front, rear, or side
•Input any special instructions for your pickup. Example: package will be left at front desk, ring doorbell/knock, etc.
Submit the pickup by selecting the purple “Submit” option and you will be given the following notification:
“Your Return Package request for 1 package(s) is in progress. Please do not submit another request until you receive conformation for this one. Confirmation may take a few minutes and will be displayed on the Pickup Confirmation Page.”
Please note these instructions carefully. When you select “Okay” this window will close and your browser should refresh and give you a confirmation screen.
Please print out this confirmation, or note the confirmation number, as this will be necessary if any action needs to be taken with FedEx after your items are picked up.
Please hand the box to a FedEx store employee or delivery driver. Do not leave package unattended for pickup.
