Go to fedex.com/locate to find a drop-off location near you. Take the sealed box with your pre-printed return label to any location for safe delivery back to EPC.

Call for a scheduled pickup.

CALL Fed Ex at : 1(800)-Go FEDEX

• Say “Schedule a Pickup”

• Is the box larger than 150 lbs.? Say No

• It will ask for an account number or a prepaid label. Say “I’m using a Label“.

• It will ask “Does the label say stamp? Say No

• Give the RETURN LABEL TRACKING #.

• FedEx will transfer you to a representative to complete the pickup.

• FedEx Driver will arrive next day for packages.

Please hand the box to a FedEx store employee or delivery driver. Do not leave package unattended for pickup.
